BREAKING NEWS: Court Upholds Sheriff’s Removal as PDP Chairman

A Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt on Monday upheld the removal of Senator Modu Sheriff as the Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party.

Justice‎ Mohammed Liman, who delivered his judgement in a suit brought to the court by the PDP, declared the National Convention that removed Sheriff was legal.
