We wish to further inform the General Public, Companies,Individuals Government Agencies and Parastatals that the Properties are subject of litigation In Appeal Court SUIT NO.

Any person(s) company(ies), Institution(s) Investor(s), Developer(s) or Government Agency(ies) Parastatals that attempt to buy,Sell, Develop or in whatsoever way deal with the property by way of sale,mortgage,Alienation etc Does so at His/Her own risk as same will be subject to the outcome of the litigation.
