Za mu yi wa Kotu biyayya kan zargin zabtarewa ma’aikata kudi – Ganduje

Gwamnatin  Kano ta ce, zata yi biyayya ga hukuncin Kotu bayan da kungiyar ma’aikatan Kotuna  ta gurfanar da ita a gaban babbar kotun jihar Kano, kan batun zabtare musu albashi.

Kwamishinan Sharia kuma Atoni janar na Kano Barista Lawan Abdullahi Musa ne ya bayyana hakan  a ya yin zantawarsa da manema labarai anan Kano.

Barista Lawan Abdullahi ya ce  babu gudu ba ja da baya akan yunkurinta na gyara duk wasu gidaje ko filaye mallakin gwamnati wadanda ba’a amfani dasu a ko ina suke domin sake ingantasu ta yadda zasu rika samarwa da gwamnati kudaden shiga.

Kwamishinan Shari’ar ya kara da cewa, ya yi mamaki yadda kungiyar ma’aikatan kotu suka gurfanar da gwamnati a gaban babbar kotun Kano kasancewar suna da masaniya kan yadda tsarin shigar da kara wadda ta shafi al’amuran albashin ma’aikata yake da shi, amma suka gurfan ar da gwamati a gaban kotun.

Haka kuma kwamishinan ya ce kotun da’ar ma’aikata ce kadai ke da hurumin sauraron karar da kungiyar ma’aikatan Kotuna suka shigar a babbar kotun jiha kan batun zabtare musu albashi da gwamnati ta yi.

Wakilin mu Abdulkarim Muhammad Tukuntawa ya rawaito cewa Barista Lawan Abdullahi na cewa gwamnatin Kano ta sauyawa kamfanin buga jarida na TRIUMPH guri zuwa rukunin gidaje na SheiIkh Isyaka Rabiu domin cigaba da gudanar da ayyukansu a can.
